Whilst final details are still being worked through, there are some changes to Friday’s Conference in particular that you should note.
Friday 24th May 2024: (all day)
Friday’s Conference will see more targeted seminars that balance both discussion and information with attendees. Advisory Commissions will no longer hold individual seminars themselves, instead Commission Chairs will provide representation across the range of seminars taking place.
Friday’s Conference will also be open to Clubs, Competitors, Volunteers and Officials to attend to provide input and engage in seminars. (There will be a modest fee for all attendees to cover costs).
Potential topics include: Marketing, Promotions and Sponsorship, Health & Safety, Participation, and other informative sessions. We welcome suggestions on what type of informative seminars or discussions you would like to be a part of.
‘Service Park’ will remain at the end of the day. This is a great opportunity for you to network and catch up with other passionate people whilst enjoying a drink.
Saturday 24th May 2025: (morning)
Saturday morning will return to being restricted to Member Clubs and invited guests only. A finance seminar and the 78th Annual General Meeting will take place in the morning, with the aim for formalities to be concluded by lunch time.
Saturday 24th May 2025, Awards Evening: (from 6:30pm)
The 2025 Awards Evening will take place at the same venue as the Conference and AGM and will follow a similar format to previous years.
